Bio: Bastian was schooled by the brethren of the monastery where his father(a nobleman from near London) sent him until he became of age during the uneasiness of English government of the time. Being a very quick learner, he was designing buildings for the Church by the time he was a teenager. Impressed by his excelled knowledge the Church granted him an audience with Pope Gregory VIII and King Richard the Lionheart in 1188. After designing and building a keep for the king, Bastian was granted a fife of land totaling 1,500 acres. Here Bastian built Chateau de le Fox, a small castle(in Noble sense) where he became known as a fine designer, map maker and artisan for the crown.

In the time of the third crusade in 1191, Bastian went to the Holy Lands as a member of the Order of Templars. Using his skills as a cartographer and strategist he quickly rose in rank as a leader.

During a terrible battle Bastian was separated from his troops and became surrounded by the infidel. Seeing there was no other choice and determined to take as many enemies with him when he goes, Bastian charged into the lot. The next thing he remembered was awaking in the Current Middle Ages in the Kingdom of Meridies. Here he met his lady Arianna, wed and has a family in the Shire of Nant-y-Derwyddon. Bastian is currently using his artisan skills in the effect of re-creating Chateau de le Fox and bringing the pageantry and honor to these current times. In this shire, he also joined up with the company of the Knight; Sir Thomas Grayson of Falconridge where he served as a defender of the weak and less fortunate. After many years of being in this wonderful household, Bastian was released of his duties by Sir Thomas upon Sir Thomas' departure from this kingdom. Bastian is currently serving the House Muir Tabishe and is squired under the great knight Sir Shaltar Grayson. Stay tuned for further adventures!!

Armour

Those who know Bastian have come to realize that I have a very bad addiction to armour. Depending on the mood or the weather you can find me running around in anything ranging from a light leather harness to a full late period plate suit. My choices aren't always the wisest ones (wearing full plate in the summer) but what the hey, it's fun and I think it looks good. I'm always in the market for a new piece of steel, so if you have anything lying around to trade on, give me a yell.

Fighting

Having tried many different forms of medieval combat, I've mastered not a single one of them. As a matter of fact, I'm really pretty bad in all of them. Some recent ones that I've tried include polearm and greatsword.
