26. Dale Alexander MONTGOMERY (15) was born on May 5 1866. He died on Sep 22 1937 in Rose Hill, VA 24281. He was buried in Trent Cemetary, Rose Hill, VA. In the 1880's Dale Alexander Montgomery went, with his brother James to Kansas looking for a place to settle. Dale was married and he returned to TN. James remainied in Kansas, married and raised a family there. Dale lived in Tn. until the late 1890's when he moved to Bell County where he lived until about 1906-07. He then moved to Le County, VA where he lived until his death.

27. Mary Elizabeth "Betty" CLARKSTON-CLARKSTON-CLAXTON was born on Feb 26 1869 in TN. She died on May 28 1956. Children were:

child ii. Turney Tilman MONTGOMERY was born on Sep 11 1886. He died on Sep 24 1967 in Rose Hill, VA 24281. He owned a farmed just outside Rose Hill, VA. He always had something to trade with you, a knife or gun.
child iii. E. L."Lonnie" MONTGOMERY(16) was born on Dec 12 1887. He died on May 31 1972.
child iv. Robert Patterson "Bobby" MONTGOMERY (16) was born on Mar 1 1889. He died on Jan 13 1968.
child v. William Alexander "Willie" MONTGOMERY was born in Jan 1881.
child vi. Cathy "Cassie" MONTGOMERY was born on Oct 9 1894. She died on Jun 12 1923.
child vii. Meady "Meadie" MONTGOMERY(16) died on Nov 8 1920. She was born on Feb 26 1989.
child viii. Nancy Ellen "Nannie" MONTGOMERY was born on Apr 17 1901. She died on Sep 30 1972. She was buried in Trent Cemetary, Rose Hill, VA.
child ix. Martha MONTGOMERY was born in 1904.
child x. Lurissie "Rissie" MONTGOMERY.
child xi. Charles MONTGOMERY.
child xii. Ewell MONTGOMERY.
child xiii. Dallard MONTGOMERY.
