Changes to MountaiNet's homepage

MountaiNet has been fortunate for the last 2 years to partner with a company called MyWay for our home page website content. As of 5 Dec 2000, Myway will no longer be providing a portal site for any ISP's. Everyone using a MyWay email address was notified in early November of the Myway server being discontinued. This only affects any individual accounts on MyWay servers. This will not effect normal email accounts with MountaiNet (i.e. username@mounet.com).

MountaiNet has developed a in-house portal site we feel will be an improvement for our customers. Please feel free to view the new Home Page and send any comments and/or suggestions to webmaster@mounet.com, as this page is and will continue to be under development so as to add continual improvements. MountaiNet welcomes your individual input as this Home Page is built for your use. Plans are to have local content areas on the web page and a link provided directly connecting users to web-based email for individual "username@mounet.com" accounts. This web-based email feature can be accessed from any connection to the Internet itself (from work or school, for example). A portfolio option is currently available in the right column which can be customized to track your personal stocks.

We here at MountaiNet hope all users enjoy the new Home Page and find the new features available there to their liking.
