It has been reported that Nancy was a full Cherokee of the Indian people. This has been indicated by Dixie Lee Hartman research papers, and the Turner Family Papers. Rebecca and George had ten children. One of these children is a Daughter, Dixie Lee Hartman, who furnished information to this writer about the Sally family for this book.
